Ghostface Returns: Scream 7 Unveils Neve Campbell's Sidney and New Character Mark Evans

Once more, audiences will witness the return of Sidney Prescott, portrayed by Neve Campbell, who finds herself once again caught in peril.

In an exciting development, Joel McHale, known for his work on Community, has been cast in a significant role. He is set to portray Mark Evans, who will be revealed as Sidney Prescott's husband. For fans familiar with the franchise, it's noteworthy that in Scream 3, another character named Mark, played by Patrick Dempsey, served as a love interest. However, McHale's character is distinct and not directly related to the previous portrayal.

Scheduled for release on February 27 of next year, Scream 7 will also see the return of Courteney Cox, the only actor to have been a part of every film in the franchise.
