Excitement Builds as Windblown Prepares for Early Access Launch This October

The anticipation surrounding the next title from the creators of Dead Cells is palpable as it approaches its Early Access debut this month. After wrapping up development on Dead Cells, the teams at Motion Twin and Evil Empire took different paths, with Evil Empire launching the well-received The Outlawed Prince from Persia, who is presently being refined in Early Access. Meanwhile, Motion Twin is ready to introduce its most recent initiative.

Titled Windblown, this game was teased some time ago and is now scheduled to enter Early Access later this month. A new trailer has confirmed that the official release is set for October 24, and players can get a sneak peek through a single-player demo available starting October 14. This demo will be accessible during the Steam Next Fest, and any progress made will transfer over to the Early Access version.

Windblown is described as a fast-paced action roguelite designed for 1 to 3 players. The aim is to assimilate the abilities of fallen fighters while unleashing chaos on the bothersome sentinels that you encounter throughout your journey!
